  1. This is a Demo copy of QSO TUTOR, it is fully functional but only contains
  2. a limited amount of study material.  Full copies are commercially available at
  3. $29.95 per class, VISA and MC accepted. QSO Tutor is sold separately for
  4. each of the Amateur exams. Similar programs for Commercial Radiotelephone and
  5. Radar Endorcement versions are also available at 39.95 and 29.95 respectively.

  8. The TUTOR can be run from floppy or Hard Disk.
  9.  
  10. To run on a floppy system, put the Program Disk in A: and the Data Disk (if one is
  11. provided) in B:. Go to the A drive ( A:<enter> ) and begin the Program by
  12. executing TUTOR ( TUTOR <enter> ). If only one drive is available the program
  13. will prompt you to change disks.

  15. To install on the Hard Disk, run INSTALL from the Program Disk in your A: or B:
  16. drive.   The format for the install program is INSTALL d1: d2:  where d1: is
  17. the floppy drive in which the program disk is running and d2: is your Hard Disk
  18. drive (usually C:) .  The program will be loaded in a subdirectory named TUTOR
  19. and a Batch file will be created in your root directory named TUTOR.BAT. To run
  20. the program type TUTOR <enter>. If you are using a monochrome monitor, begin
  21. the program by typing TUTOR B <enter>. If you are using a Hercules graphics
  22. card start the program by typing TUTOR H <enter>.

  24. When you run the program you will be requested to give a "Name" for
  25. the session. The name can be up to 8 letters with no spaces. Your progress
  26. will be recorded and you can resume an old session or start a new one as
  27. often as you like.  Typing H at most any time while running the program will
  28. bring up a help screen.
